Shofu's education and guidance policy is to develop creative, proactive, and responsible employees capable of responding to changes. We prepare education and training for employees to acquire knowledge and skills and develop their qualities as members of an organization according to their growth. Our goal is to develop human resources who can anticipate changes in the business environment, think about what needs to be done to achieve organizational goals, and have the strong will to take on challenges rather than simply perform assigned tasks proactively.

Shofu's Career Path System
"Generalist talent" refers to employees who aspire to excel as managers responsible for organizational oversight, while "specialist talent" refers to employees who aim to demonstrate expertise as professionals in specific fields.
While we do not rigidly separate employees into distinct categories, each individual accumulates knowledge and experience through diverse assignments and contributes to Shofu by pursuing a career aligned with their aptitudes.
In addition, we actively foster "global talent" who play active roles overseas, as well as "DX specialist talent" who leverage advanced digital expertise to drive digital transformation across the Company. Through these initiatives, employees contribute to addressing Shofu's key management challenges while pursuing careers aligned with their strengths.

Global Talent Development
To introduce Shofu's high-quality dental materials and equipment to the world, we actively recruit foreign professionals and develop international core personnel capable of managing global business operations. We continuously offer language training, including English conversation programs and TOEIC testing.
In addition, we operate an overseas assignment training program that enables employees to enhance their language skills and business acumen through hands-on experience at our overseas subsidiaries. The program also cultivates the qualities required of global professionals--cross-cultural understanding, awareness of international business practices, and a broad, borderless mindset. To date, a cumulative total of 94 employees have participated.
Through these initiatives, we aim to develop talent capable of contributing to the future expansion of our global operations.
